Yeah, you bastards wired my system wrong to the DSLAM and my internet was out for over a week.

Oh and how much do they pay? Everytime I call, I talk to these foreign people that don't know what the hell is going on, and I've already tried everything they tell me to do before I call, so if you'll be so kind to punch one of them in the face, I'd appreciate it.

when I call during the day, I get normal people, when I call at night, I get foreign speaking people. I'm in Indian River County, FL, close to Vero Beach, FL.

well our call center is open from 7 am to midnight, so that might be why...late night tech support is overseas, so i cant punch them in the face for you. sorry.

Apparently they were switching my whole street to a remote center or whatever it's called, because we are over 11,000 ft from the central facility, and somehow they wired it wrong to the port or whatever the hell it is. Moving us to the remote put us in under the 11,000 ft range.
