The only American beers I can stomach are Coors and MGD. Only because I started drinking with them.

Now the only beers I actually tastefully enjoy are Heineken and Guinness.

My friend drank one of my Heinekens and said, He would rather drink 211. So to each his own.

yea i can stomach the american beers i just cannot stand the taste. maybe if i hadn't drank for a year and that's all that was available, hell yea i'd drink some. but if theres anything better lying around you won't catch me dead with a can/bottle of it

i also have friends that think heineken is gross. there's better, but not gross by any means

Wow, you aren't very smart are you?? Do you really think a price tag determines the quality of a beer?? In alot of cases that is the case such Pabst, Keystone, Schlitz or Goebel. But to say a beer like Heineken is better than Miller simply because it cost more is just stupid.

Miller costs less than imported type beers simply because they are domestic so there are NO import charges, they sell a butt-load of beer each year so they don't have to charge an arm and leg for a 20 pack. When you sell in volume you don't have to charge that much money for the product.

Don't get me wrong I like other beers too. I'm not just a (redneck as you put it) who sits on the front porch drinking a 20 pack of Miller every night. I like Molson, Leinenkeugel's, Sam Adams, St. Paulie Girl, and many others of the sort but I don't drink them very often because they cost a bit more and its not worth it to me to drink the "expensive" stuff all the time. Miller is a great beer that happens to not cost that much which is why I drink it.

The majority of American beers is crap I will agree 100% on that but you gotta remember where I'm from. Tx has hundreds of special brewery's around and I have to say the majority of them kick major ***. My favorite place to go since April 25th of this year ( my 21st) is the Dog and Duck pub and another pub that I can't remember the name of. You can order the beer sampler in like 3 different size's from 10-35 different beers all made at their place.

Ighettoboy, the majority of the beer you listed isn't available at my normal grocery store as I don't like Randall's and Albertsons. My favorite as stated before is Shiner anything and it slams.

The new Labatt is kinda gross just like the Bud E that has that crap in it. Focking gross. To me, I'd rather have me a good Shiner Summerstock or good ole' Shiner.

The caffinated one? hmm... its a strong beer too 6.9% I belive. Also Molson launched "Molson Kick" I would just want to see the effects of it. hyyper drunk.
