cut em some slack man, they're in **** good condition for ol school, working on recones w/basket spacers, and stitched CF cones w/oversized rubber surround..port is 5" from back of wall..could maybe do a little more bracing on the box and might do double baffle but it's just fine for now, this box beats the last box i had and it beat at 145.3..couldn't do more bracing between the center of the baffle and back wall due to woofer sized and the aero is in the middle..might see what i can do later

looks pretty good.

looks like you used textured paint. might use another coat. i used a similar paint, though i primed the box with 2 cans of .99 black paint

Luv those old school RF's. If you need recones, hit me up. I have 4" TRF coils and spiders that should fit these subs. Got the Baskets and cone too if you need a whole recone. The TRF coils will bump the power handing up to 2000 rms.

hey flastrongman, can i get pics of the TRF parts you have..i've got a quote from team PSI right now but if i can save a buck i will..sorry it took so long to get back, 4 days at the hospital after lumbar surgery kinda takes a toll on you..does anyone know if home depot or lowes sells textured paint by the gallon? i don't like the spray cuz it leaves streaks..

ive been trying to find a cheap solution to spray boxes havent found much. i think some type of drywall sprayer might work. you can always roll the paint on with a small roller with long nap

okay, fresh drop in recones from forevrbumpn and the CONsealer gaskets still fit so that was a plus. dual 2 ohm coils to replace factory dual 4's, half roll foam surround to replace factory rubber and woven tensil leads

can't do any bracing between baffle and bottom of box due to sub and aero placement..sux but it pounds like hell and i'm happy with that!
