I skimmed over the posts expecting to see a pic. I saw the link. Doesn't look too bad.

I almost had to beat up my father when I was 15. Asked him for 10 bucks and he went off yelling like I just told him Santa wasn't real. That was the closest we ever got to that. I'm like 4 inches and 60 pounds bigger than he is. It's better to know he knows I will beat his *** if it came to that, but it more than likely won't.

There are times when we cross the line and can never go back.You did that by putting hands on him.If he thinks you sold him out,then you did.At least you didn't get hauled to jail.You did what you thought you had to do at the time.If you and your dad never speak again,then that is gods wish.Though my father never put hands on me,it seemed that there were a few times where he did everything in his power to get me to hit him,I couldn't .It was out of respect.My dad drank all of his life.He lived to 87.I am his only kid.He died at 7:22am Sept.08,2007 of cancer.It was fast,I watched him go from 6'1" at 200lbs down to 116 lbs. in 6 months then he died.It really sucked.Once there gone,they never come back.
