lol i understand some of that but not the 12 -> 16 pipeline crap

The 6800 non ultras have 16 pixel pipelines built in the cores, 4 are simply disabled. there is a software mod that can enable these 4 extra pipelines and essentially you will get a 6800 GT or Ultra depending how high it will overclock. Sometimes the cards dont always softmod and you will get artifacting on your screen.

hmm maybe ill give that a try, that or even the 6600 gt is like 140, theres so many brands, geforce is like 50 more than say rosewill and asus and others, ill read up on them

well i found a cheap leadtek 6600gt so i ordered that and a 512 stick of ram, bout time i move to 1024

this is gay, the game comes out today, ive been waiting for a good month or so and my computer is still down, my parents comp sucks ***, ibuypower completley blows! i called them wednesday to have them put in my dam power supply in, i mean i could do it like nothing, but they will do it free and if anything else is wrong they cover all parts, but **** there slow!!!!!!!!!
