ceveche is so good, just make sure you dont spill, or stain anything, it gives off a bad odor

well if you stain and leave it there for a couple of days it gives off a bad smell, i mean it has fishand and shrimp in it. and when fish rotts it gives off a bad smell

its Ceviche / Seviche and it is good. ive got some friends from Peru and they are all about it.
