it's a felony for shoplifting, i had 4 class D felonies for going to 4 places in one day, but i was a minor and first offense, so i went to court, got some probation, house arrest, 3 days locked up, and community service.

It's legit, I played it for a couple weeks until I beat the whole thing, then I just stopped, fighting games aren't my forte (I got the 10 straight losses acheivement on xbox live, lol) and then stopped playing it when I got fifa 2006, then GRAW. Let me take a pic of it, I'll post it in a sec (cell pic).

There are no scratches what-so-ever, and it comes with the manual of course.
