I'm so f****** pissed at these jerks! On eBay they are known as thevbatterycom

On Feb. 7th I do a buy it now and pay instantly via PayPal from my bank account for an Optima yellow top.

On the ebay ad it says they have 20+ in stock...ready for shipment now.

Then on the 10th (!!!!) I get an email from DHL says my battery is shipping and will arrive on the 15th.

Well guess what! On the 15th no battery! I contact DHL and they tell me only an online waybill was generated and NO battery was ever given to DHL to ship!!!!

F**K ME! Then I try to contact the vendor (batteriesareus ~AKA: thevbattercom) and they are CLOSED till Feb. 20th!!!!!!!!! DOUBLE F**KED me again!

I get an email today saying something about a backorder.... and I request a full refund and I even sent them a request via PayPal....guess what??

NO FU**KING returned emails after I told them I wanted my money back!!

NO reply to my calls or emails now.. imagine that... !!!*&&*^()(^^&%%%@!!!

I've sent them several emails to 3 different addresses they have and even CC: the DHL letters to them.

The just don't give a sh** !

ok heres the deal keep in mind you order a yellow top battery from someone that is prolly not a authorized dealer, and quantities can be made up to make things look legit. i know it sucks but you may just have to go through paypals fraud department to get your money back, but you should have read some of this guys feed back ppl saying he sent them a junk battery and took over a month to refund the money. All ways and i mean always do your background research on any seller on egay before you buy

well it was 7 days later when u ordered yours so they could have been out anyone that knows anything about selling on ebay would have listed the quantity that they had available at the top of the page that way when one is sold the item quantity goes down.

Back on the 7th they had 100% positive feedback when I ordered!

Now today when I looked I saw that one you are talking about!

And this place has the nerve to put on their ad..been selling optimas for 15 years..

HA!

I'll be contacting eBay and PayPal by day's end if I don't get any replies from them!

i wouldn't even wait to hear from them if they ignored you this long they will continue to do so, just file it with ebay and paypal

Yep. If they would have just told me they were on backorder and not faked the shipping stuff making me think it was already shipped I wouldn't be as mad!

true, but who knows if it is really on back order? can they put you in contact with their supplier to prove it? i doubt they can. thats why they are biatches
