BassBox 6 And Sketchup 7

Ok what i am looking for is someone to help me. Hopefully a step by step type of thing to teach me how to use these programs so that one day i can design and build my own enclosures. The help section in both programs is very helpful. Thats how I learned. Everything else is pretty self explanatory.

My programs were both free and the bassbox 6 one says press f1 for help and i do but nothing happens. and on sketchup do i just type in box building? Never used itt before, sorry i know its a newb question
