However the video was NOT on the forum, it was linked as you stated..with clear warnings before it. Why exactly did you watch it knowing what you were going to see?

It was still on the forum. And again, it doesn't matter that he gave a warning: it isn't allowed.

However majority didnt. Again the mods powers and interpretation get in the way. Like Audioholic pointed out things need to be hammered out and uniform. BTW Im offended by the political and gay threads. I want them deleted and people banned over them. I consider those indecent.

It was indecent content, plain & simple.

It's highlighted in the TOS Agreement. Borderline Indecent content will not be tolerated & you will be banned.
I don't have a problem with him & his animals. I have friends who have snakes, & in fact they use feeder mice. But they don't film it & post it on YouTube, or make jokes about an animal being killed in that manner. That is cruel & shows immaturity.

Regardless, he kind of broke the TOS Agreement. You guys have no legitimate arguement as to why I'm wrong other than you don't like me being a mod and my decision was based on my own opinion. I haven't banned a single person who didn't break the rules.

He posted a link of indescent content, not indescent content, therefore giving you a choice as to whether you do or do not look at it, you chose to do so.

In that context, what BassAddictJ posted, especially with such a detailed and lengthy disclaimer falls into a bit of a grey area. I will not say that the ban was unprovoked or undeserved, but I refuse to see it as fully justified.

I understand the demand for uniformity. However, if this were, let's say, a legal matter, the ban would be hard pressed to stand.

Just my .02.

I, as always, remain level-headed, judicial, and neutral. Just presenting this as I see it.

This site is like a stupid ***** ex-girlfriend that you hate and want to punch in the face but can't help but **** every couple days...

but what are the other options... SMD, ROE, CACO.... no thanks. I will just continue to stay here and ***** about how horrible it is. Sure, the mods are all a bunch of nazi's but it is still better then most sites IMO.
