I'm pretty sure 30 hz is a little harder in tha chest region than 50 hz. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
REALLY need to know your current enclosure specs before we can help ya man. if you dont know the specs, take some outside measurements and some pics of the box. With what you have it should be VERY loud and you should deff. feel it
The box is just a prefab. I know its probally way too small. Any links or plans for a box that will fit a 2dr blazer for 2 15 L7s that will give me the bass i want?
Your box is defiantly the problem. If you like high notes do around 3-4 cubes per sub in the 40hz tuning area. If you want to play low I'd recommend around 4.5 cubes per sub tuned to 32ish. Buy some aeroports and do 3 4" aeros per sub externally. This way you can easily swap tuning. Also try facing the box up because double subs up seems to work best in most suv's.
Went on kicker website,Im going to use thier plans which are 4.5cf @ 33hz. Only question i have now is which way to aim subs and vents in a 2dr blazer?? Towards roof , rear ???
either way is pretty close, you wont notice much diffrence. Alot of what you hear people claim as advantage, really boils down to personal preference. I can tell you if it were me I would do either both back, or subs back, port up
drop it to 32hz play a Bass Mekanik Song and you will be like oh SH*T //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif lol
