Bass Shakers

Hey, i was wondering if this plan would work, if i got 4 of these http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=299-027 and put them under the seats in my car, and hooked them up to the speaker connections on my head unit (i have my 5.25"s and 6x9s hooked up to an external amp). And 2 questions about this if it would work, would i need to get a low frequency crossover for these? And would this not go very well with my subwoofers (would it cause the bass sound from the subs and the bass feel from the shakers to make kind of a muddy sound/feel)?

those things sux. doubt you will be able to hear those things. if all you want to do is shake your seats than they will but if you put 2 under each seat or just get some real good subs and you'll be set.

if you give those things 35-50 watts it is rediculous how well they do at making the bass feel louder. me and req installed those on his orange couch and WHOOOOOO they kicked ***.. LITERALLY

it seriously made GTA:San Andreas and the movie Snatch's bass lines sound so much lower...

NOTICE

you must install these in a 4"x4" square flat area where they will get full contact to whatever you are mounting it to. otherwise they will do nothing

and you should give them 35-50 watts or they wont do much either

it seriously is movement enough to mess up your vision like a sub at 140dB or so

I did a f-150 like 2 years ago with some aura bass shakers and you dont hear you only feel the vibration, which give the feeling of having a 2 high powered 8" sub IMO\. Felt kinda cool though

honestly i'd just get subs, unless your worried about people jacking your stuff and whatnot... i guess if you get the same effect from that go for it
