Bass Shakers does anybody use them

I have a pair of those exact ones, couldn't sell them on here for 50 shipped for the set ;/..

they just vibrate they don't add any sound. good for games though.

only 50.... worth looking in to and letting us know how it goes //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

when integrated properly they're supposed to add to the over-all experience. My HT subs do more then enough "shaking" of things on their own, so I've never bothered to try them.

They require very little power and a lot of HT guys run them off an old receiver...

If they are what I think they are RF is coming out with something similar called the i-beam. I see it as another gimic.

Let us know how it works, as the idea sounds somewhat interesting

I had 6 Bass Shakers in my HT. They were bolted to the bottom of the couches and vibrated the seating as advertised. I took them out after building a sub into the house. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I found this cool little thing on parts-express.Its some kind of device that you bolt down to a

hard surface and it vibrates or something?? I was

thinking about buying one for the house to add extra

sound to the home theater system...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

I superglued one to my girl's ****** and wired it to a socket.

Those things look like a total waste of power. Why would'nt you just get another (or bigger) powered sub for your house so you can actually hear the sound ?

That’s another positive. Plus, I can keep the volume level down.

They're rated for 250wrms, so you were overpowering them, especially the poor 10s. XBL subs sound really clean at their limits due to the flat BL...

Those look like decent cheaper options for sure and probably fine for some systems, but I agree, Audiocontrol has been making high quality stuff...
