Bass Rumbling When Skipping Tracks?

I notice when I'm skipping tracks from my kenwood head unit CD player, I hear the Bass rumbling from my JL audio Sub. Only when I'm skipping tracks on CD it only does that. What can be the problem?

I had a similar problem a while back, for me, I checked the RCA jacks on the amp. I noticed that when I touched them, the rumble got louder, I simply had to rotate them, and it alleviated my problem. Hopefully, yours will be as simple a fix, good luck with it dude.
