oh well. i royally fvcked up designing mine. 2.5 cubes at 46 hz. was supposed to be at 34 hz. set the gains on my amp about 2 hours ago. not impressed. you'll love the drill bit case i converted into a distribution block. it's nice and fugly. voltage drops in to the 10's. crappy little alternator.
My box is 5.5 at around 34. When you see the box you will understand why I say "around" hahaha. I'm not expecting voltage drops too bad with my little 1kw amp. I have a HO alt, just like everything else, haven't gotten around to installing it yet.

i'd be happy with a better alty and 1 good sub. maybe some better comps and a flip out dvd. if i sold everything i have and chip in around 1000$, i'd be set.

i'm probably a little more of a minimalist. i like trying to get the loudest i can with the smallest amount of space. i haven't exactly thrilled myself yet. still learning.
running an xtant a4004 and ppi pc2350. probably the hungriest amps i've ever owned. i still love them. my alty might put out 35-40 amps at idle. i just don't have the power for those 2. i'm getting a ho alty next month.
yeah. in 2 weeks i'll have one. maybe 3 weeks. probably a 200 amp. i believe it's 120 at idle, which is good enough for me.
