Bass damage

wait till your trunk latch starts to crack,. then your in trouble.it may be re-pairble but may just break again causing you to need a new trunk lid.
thats what I'm not looking forward to:(

but I ran 3 layers of double sided tape around the seal of my trunk yesterday...great stuff, which i had tried that earlier, gained at least half a db considering it was definitely noticeable on the lows (where the trunk used to bounce up and down a good solid half inch or more)

When I pop the trunk it doesn't pop up at all anymore, it takes a good amount of lifting force just to pull it up now, so clearly the tape is aiding the trunk latch at least some (seems like quite a bit actually)

I'd definitely recommend that to anyone with alot of trunk rattle, and yea it doesn't sound as bad from the back anymore with the trunk closed

**** i didnt kow you were running in on that electrical. what your voltages drop look like?
haha yea...voltage drops into low 12's, not insanely bad but...definitely could improve, eventually I'll get another battery in the trunk goin

SafeLite told me they could fix the crack as long as it wasn't any bigger then 6" and they don't completely repair it. Luckily mine was free to get repaired but it's started cracking again so I guess it's time to dish out $50to have my insurance replace it!
