Bass cutting out

Hey at high volumes my bass is cutting out, when I lower the bass on my deck it stops.
Is this my electrical?
I have two AGM battery's under the good..stock alt
2008 dodge ram 1500
Two older sa 12s 600 RMS each powered by 1500 RMS Rockford fosgate
Two sets of components 300w total powered by 500w RMS 4 channel amp
Big 3 is done.
