Bass Cutting Out

Bump for my noobness...

Alright, got to check things out.

-Amp is still intermittently turning off/on or going into protection mode while trying to be powered.

-Triple checked all my connections. Ground is solid. It is attached to the floor pan of my trunk which is the most solid piece of bare metal I am going to find. It is extremely tight. Power is good. Remote is good. Speaker wire from box to amp is good. No stray single wires anywhere.

I can only think of two things. Either wires are getting crossed inside my box or there is a loose connection within the amp. The loose connection seeming much more possible. Looks like I'm going to be looking for a new amp a lot sooner than I thought.
