Bass Blockers yay o nay?

I want to eliminate the low end bas from going to my 4 inch pionners and most of the low from going to my 5 1/4 in infinity they are not amped only by the head unit. Do bass blockers work? Also will it screw up the way my tweeters on the speaker sound? I was thinknig bout getting the ones from crutchfield ar there higher quality ones then that?

My friend had a convertable with all 4" speakers in it, he had bass blockers and they worked good.

i dont particuarlly like them. i find it easier to just make the adjustments with the HU. it just sounds more natural to me. try finding someone that already has them and take a listin for your self. Hope this helps

I have some bass blockers on my JL 3 1/2 and they did exactly what I needed them to do. Words are still silky smooth and all bass is coming from my 6x9's and subs. I like them very much and they don't cost much.

Bass Blockers don't work in my opinion. I have already tryed using them. They only reduce the bass slightly. It's not worth the money
