Based on these specs, which one looks best

Just trying to do an unbiased evaluation on which sub looks better just on specs.

The T/S parameters can't tell you which speaker is better but it can tell you which might suit you better. But, we would have to be able to read your mind and find out exactly what you want out of your setup.
