Actually if you talk to any of our customers, you'll hear nothing but positive things. We go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy.

You can just like you can here, but there is a rule as far as selling "mass products" without a vendor status. When advertising (whether publicly or in Pm's) that you do provide services (box building or designing as an example) they do want you to have a paying vendor status. Especially since there are vendors that are paying that'll complain and possibly remove themselves as a vendor if the mods condone that type of action.
