They are well aware of it. they don't have the power to IP ban. Furthermore, spotting the scammer was a good call, however don't feel as though you have to call for the banhammer on someone everyday. STFU.

Because Mr. T is the man. That's why.
Me thinks J31Rob gets picked on a lot in real life thus he comes here and does his best to push people around.. He hopes someday with enough asskissing and getting his post count high enough he will be able to become a might mod and be able to push users around to take out his repressed childhood aggressions but deep down inside still knows he will be a failed and the only sexy time he will ever have is teabagging other loosers in Halo 3.
