My headrest at SIU (Carbondale) located in creekside (rediculously small step above section 8). This place smelt worst than it looked.

The living area:

I made a healthy chunk of change selling pornos and designer sunglasses down there during my last years college tour. I wouldn't know where to begin with half the stories from this place. If those walls could talk I would be doing lord knows how many consecutive life sentences.

yea drinking expensive liquor is dumb anyway... at least when its vodka. during the 3 months in which i collected all those bottles, i drank half goose, half vladdy (12$/handle), and half random other shit (beer, other peoples' liquor, boones farm, etc

well, the aim of vodka is to have no taste at all. as long as you buy a decent vodka, youre golden. ive been drinking good spirits for a long time (for my age) and its common knowledge among my friends that price does not equal quality. my friends from russia drink stoli on the reg and wouldn't be caught dead with a bottle of goose. my friends from south america drink reg white appleton. ive had everything from $5 bottles of merlot to $300 bottles of bordeaux reds and comfortably settle for well picked $10 table wines. price is a phase everyone goes through. first you get a taste of something you like. then you read a little bit, think you know everything, and splurge...all while looking down your nose at everyone else who is drinking 'inferior' beverages you would never dare be caught dead with.

i did the same thing. about a year ago i could justify spending $12 on a single 12oz bottle of dogfish worldwide but now i just go for the red stripe and call it a night. ive claimed to enjoy beers i really thought were terrible just because i thought it made me 'more sophisticated' or some shit. that being said, I do like some wierd shit. i'm in love with russian imperials, although i wont regularly drop a shit ton of money on them anymore just to be the ony guy at the party with "good beer."
