Well, I have back pain plus that. Herniated disk means disk is bulging and putting pressure on the nerves. Not a day goes by where my left foot doesn't fall asleep, then when I stand its like a lightning bolt down the back of my leg.

Anyone ever get a cortizone shot in the spine? Having that done at the end of Aug...And whats this pain med contract stuff Dr. are doing these days? kinda wierd they call you in to count your pills and ****....I got one strike now...

anyone have severe back pain doing ab workouts IE situps? doesn't matter if I'm on a bench flat at an angle on the floor whatever. My back is a lil mest up from a car wreck, but it's very hard for me to do ab workouts. I get back pain so severe that I have to stop before my abs are even tired.

strap in your ankles and flip the table it stretches you all out right?

I think trying to get comofortable in bed is the worst part about back pain. I hurt mine being carried by my hands and feet while super smashed one night... Anyone else get ball pains?

yup, mine is awesome! It's weird at 1st, and go very slow, cause the blood will rush to your head very fast!!! I use it 2x's a day, once when I wake up, and then right before I go to bed..
