1st one? My baby girl is 8 months old now and crawling all over the place, enjoy every minute of it, I do. Having a child is having unconditional love for a person like you have never experienced before and it will make your day when you come home from a crappy day and see your child smile as soon as she sees you. Congratulations brand new DAD!

Im gonna assume she had an epidural, my wife was talking all that natural crap until the contractions came in (induced labor) and she was asking where the doctor was every 2 minutes. She was very relaxed after the birth and told me she didnt feel a thing and ours was a 10 pounder!!!!

Im gonna assume she had an epidural, my wife was talking all that natural crap until the contractions came in (induced labor) and she was asking where the doctor was every 2 minutes. She was very relaxed after the birth and told me she didnt feel a thing and ours was a 10 pounder!!!!

Yeah she tried to play up the natural birth thing too. The thing is, the doctors said she was pretty tough, seeing as she was smiling between contractions. She eventually got the epidural. The whole labor was about 13 hours.

I'm headed back to the hospital now. I came home to do some last minute straitening up and to let her get some rest. I got no sleep, however.
