yes all my other movies work and this is a rented copy but i'm the first person to rent it seeing that it just came out today. no scratches smudges what so ever.

well just exchange it for another copy.. it can't hurt.. its either try that.. or you not watch it? lol.

Try to use the player's menu/play controls to get the movie going. I had an error with Pirates of the Caribbean once where the menu wouldn't load. I used the PS3's controls to get it to the movie.
