-i hate when i feel like i have to take a shit and then sit on the toilet and just fart.

-i hate when i pee and then all of a sudden get this cramp feeling from my balls as if some kind of muscle in my scrotum is cramping up, and when i massage it it goes away. its so painful am i the only one that gets this? its only like a three second thing and its once in a long while like once every couple months i wonder what it is..

-i hate it wheni eat a bunch of spicy foods one day or something very very spicy and the next day i get hot-*** diarrhea that burns my anus and then i walk around farting hot farts for the day literally.

It is a muscle that tightens up because the muscle or tube isnt big enough to allow blood to rush through it, so it hurts when all of a sudden blood rushes towards it. I have it too when I sneeze for some reason.
