Sold [B]ECLIPSE CD4000 Receiver, Brand New still in box[/B]

I had been looking for a deck so I bought this deck from my local audio shop here in town about two mounths ago for $375. When I got home that night my Dad had already bought me a deck, Alpine cda9855. I was'nt going to ask him to take it back so I figured sice the Eclipse was still sealed up in the box and only a day old I could just get my money back for it and all would be good. Well I went to return the deck, with reciept, but the man would not take it back. He said he wasnt in the return buisiness, even though I had just dropped over a thousand in there in the past month. So now I'm stuck with this deck. This deck is absolutely brand spankin new and in the box with warranty card. I even still have my reciept where I bought it. Now that I have the Alpine in I regret not going with the Eclipse because for one thing the Eclipse has 5 volt pre-outs and the Alpine has 2 volt. I need $20 for shipping. I am looking for someone to make me a serious,reasonable offer. This desk even has navigation! I am including a link so u can go over all features and specs. Please PM me with offers. bump for a good headunit. That is bs they wouldnt let you return it. Id check the reciept and see if the store has a stated return policy. good luck selling otherwise

I had just bought a JL 500/1 and a 12W6 and a JL 300/4. Well over a thousand, almost two! He said he would help me sell it in his store. Now I have to loose $ on something for no reason at all. Well someone will benefit from my loss! Ya know I usually stay away from Cicuit City and BB and deal with the local stereo shops but like I told him, If I would have bought it from Circuit City they would have given me my $ back, no questions asked! I know not all local shops are not like that but it sure put a bad taste in my mouth!

I am adding a refence to this post- Masone. This deck is brand new, if I get a reasonable offer it's gone! This thing has Motorized face and remote included and a warranty. It would make a great Christmas gift!

Yup, I just got done writting about my experience with Anything Audio in Augusta,GA. I put it in the Georgia section with other shop reviews! I can't believe someone has'nt jumped on this thing yet, got an offer but never heard back. Going to EBAY soon! Awsome Head Unit!!

dude you were at anything audio? haha i was just there like yesterday. If you ever are in the area again I know a much better local shop that seem to have better prices.. know more.. and better customer service. I am not a big fan of Anything Audio at all.

The place you need to go to next time is Standard Electronics. It is off gordon highway .. easy to find. They are the best in the area ive seen so far after going to about 7 or 8 local shops. They deal Memphis, Kicker, Eclipse, Alpine, MTX, Kenwood, JVC, and a few others im prolly forgetting but real good people to deal with. Talked with the owner a while about my system and was a good honost guy about everything. Stopped me from buying my headunit when i first went in there because he knew it wouldnt just hook up like most cars due to my stock audio system insted of just letting me waste my money. They also do free installation from any store bought headunit there.. which is nice.

Yea I'm from Augusta, lived there in Evans for 30 yrs. I've just been staying with my Dad here in Myrtle Beach while I had my last back surgery. I'll be back there for good next month.

I know where Standard Electronics are, last time I was in there, last year, it was bare and empty so I'll have to check them out again. I just hate the fact that Anything Audio is the ONLY JL dealer in town, that sux!I know lots of folks don't like JL and they have thier reasons but I love the way the 12W6 sounds.

bump... I can't beleive no one wants a brand new Eclipse deck with warranty for a huge discount. Last day..... make an offer on an awsome deck! 5v pre-outs on this deck, not 2v like the Alpine decks. I want to get rid of this deck TODAY.
