awg

Well ultimate im just getting a little bit of dimming so i thought i would run 4 awg instead of 0 awg because right now i have 4 awg i mean i know my system isn't that strong.

after reading almost all of the 14 or so pages in the big three thread, it seems that many people do the big 3 in 4 awg. I have an 03 intrepid, and i was amazed how small the wire was coming out of the alt. so 4awg has to be better than stock. Good luck!

yeah true BLD i just don't want to do 0awg wire yet because my system is not that massive YET keyword there yet haha. but i'll run 4 awg this summer once i got the cash i also read the big 3 tutorial all of the pages mostly .

4 awg. is just fine for your typical install... Most people suggest 1/0 because, depending on your cars make and model, it may be more difficult to re-do it in the future... Why do it twice, if you know you will eventually need the bigger wire?

yeah but i won't mind re doing it because it will give me something to do and plus i just love working on my car anyway's im not one of those people that just work on there car to get it done i work on my ride because i love doing it:). can't wait till this summer build my new box and do alot of work painting:)//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.
