Usually it is just expected when you purchase something on the internet or through an out of state store, you just expect the product and nothing more. Well up here in AK shipping can get extremely expensive and we can have delays. I ordered some stuff from Secondskin and Audiojunkies and both went above and beyond--calling me at home to make sure I was ordering the right things and updating me on shipping. I ran into some big problems with shipping from audiojunkies (not thier fault---USPS messed it up) and they called and made sure everthing was taken care of more than once. Just wanted to give props to these sellers.
