AVH-P7500DVD DVD playing problems

Yesterday it worked fine. Today I couldn't get it to work. I installed it yesterday and it worked fine. Now it won't eject or play the disk. I took the DVD out by hand with a tweezer and now when I load it..It won't take it in or it won't play it.

I even can't turn the power off. I believe its thinking that there is a disk in it still. My friend told me its also because I don't have the unit mounted yet. Since Im still trying to finish up on the install. Please Help. Any suggestions would be good.

It not being mounted wouldn't affect anything. Go to Pioneer's website and locate a dealer by you, maybe they can help. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/v3/pg/dealer/locator/0,,2076_310069583,00.html
