Hi! I have a small problem with my 5700, for some strange reason it started giving me the 2-99 error (dirty or scratched disk) when I try to play DVD's! It will play audio CD's fine, and all other functions are ok. This occurs with both actual and backup copies of DVD's. Alternately it also sometimes will just put up an invalid format message instead of the error....Can anyone help me out?
