Autotek SX 1200X

Autoteks are amazing amplifiers, and usually they rate their products pretty modestly

When I had owned an mm1400.1d, it was easily putting out 1750 watts rather than 1400 like it said it would at 1 ohm

same goes for some other amps

back when they were owned by ZED audio they were much better, they were really really underrated

when they were bought by maxxsonics many felt they lost a lot of what made them amazing, but in the past few new lines they've become much better, although i'd still prefer the zed audio line any day

That's great to hear. Thanks for the info. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

^^^^^^What makes you think it was 25% underrated, was it benched?
Yes we benched it (My friend Nick and I).

We also did the same with the super sport line, those lined up only a big off of what their RMS were though, i think 17 watts above for the ss550.2

The other stats I don't remember, nick is much better at that stuff

But there are several reviews of the mm1400.1d, i found one to back me up, and mine were pretty similar!

the SX line I'm not too too sure about, I do own an sx-777 myself, and absolutely love it, it's IMPOSSIBLE to make that thing heat up, no matter how demanding
