Autotek MM1-1000D

Hi everyone, my name is Carlos, im from Venezuela. A few months ago I bought and installed a Autotek Mm1-1000d in my truck for a 15'' Kicker Bass. Everything went great, the sound and outpower was amazing. Recently I send my truck to wash and they disconnect everything, even the Bass, and take it out from my truck to clean all the carpets. when they put it again they connected the + and - cables incorrectly to the bass. I didnt see this at the moment. this weekend I went out for a trip and in the road I realiced that the hand control led turned red, and the bass stopped sounding, then started to smell like burn plastic. Today when I checked everything, I took off the amplifier and saw that the fuses where damaged. Also I open the amplifier and I see that one little circuit was broken. Could someone tell me how this happended, and if the wrong connection to the bass can do this?

Also I need the inside diagram to repair my amp, so if anyone knows where to find it, or someone have it, please send it to me.

Thanks.

Photos of amp guts?

And why the hell would a detail shop ever uninstall a stereo, I would be going back there and rasing hell none of them are probably qualified to do so and probably messed something up in either the uninstalling or installing process.

Seriously I would take all the photos you can of your new detail job install and take them to court, Not sure how things work in your neck of the woods but that crap wouldnt fly very well here.
