I'm pretty sure all the Mean Machine series are under rated...so you can expect more than published output ....unlike the Street Machine series which was over rated.....

How long have you had it and where'd you get it? And could the 250x2 at 4 ohms probably be Autotek's rating for peak, not rms?

i have only had it for a few days i work at a stereo shop and i get stuff all the time when people bring in stuff to trade i get first dibs on all trade in because im the one who has to test everything as ar as the ratings go im not sure but amp guts says 800 watts at 2 ohm mono

look folks im not trying to lie about the rated power of this because i dont know all i know i that it says 250 watts x 2 at 4 ohms on the side of the amp and i also know it is pretty strong at 2 ohm because that is what it was running at on two single 4 ohm memphis 15's when te guy brought it to the shop so thats all i know
