Audioque q4-120 or what?

Is audioque the same as sq?? Kinda confused on this. Anyway.

I am looking at buying a 4 channel amp to power my mids and highs. I currently have 2 sa15's running off an audiopipe apsm2000 with a phoenix gold ti500.4 on 4 kappa 6.5's in stock locations. The ti500.4 finally gave it up after like 12 years of play and I need to replace it.

I have around 300$ to spend and I really like what I hear about the sq q4-120. What others should I consider?? I am slowly upgrading all my stuff and since the 4 channel quit on me it's next (wish it would have held out cuz the sub amp WAS next). What do u guys thing any help would be great. The kappas are 2 ohm speakers so keep that in mind.

How about the sq q4-120 vs the dd c5-b ?

I found a c5 for sale in the classified section under my budget . What u guys think??

Any suggestions ? Comments?

The more I look into the sq amps the less I like the specs especially the 5% thd rating they give....

Not in that particular model, but if you've got a 300-dollar budget, I wouldn't be looking for aq. There's a used Zapco 360.4 here that should be right up your alley. Don't let the specs fool you. That thing's a beast.

Because you're set up for considerably better things at your price range than AQ's 4-channel, especially if you're willing to buy used. I've always been a bigger fan of OS amps for my comps.

I have the aq and like it fine. There may be better out there but i have no complaints.

Yep. Now SoundQubed because AudioQuest (cable company) was getting pissy about their names being too similar. Still the same exact equipment internally.
