According to Audiopipe's website, that picture on VMI's site for that model is incorrect.

A friend of mine used 4 of them in his install in Cleveland. I think they hit a little over 160 db



They aren't horrible, by no means. Good bang for your buck.

I think Mobile Enclosures has a really good deal going on now for box designs. I would check him out in the Vendor section. It's amazing the amount of information he gives you with the very small amount of money you have to spend. I think it's 19.99 for all the response measurements and with the build sheets. I was amazed by the amount of info I got. There are some other reputable people on here too. Ram Design, and TBH designs too. I would sell my kids milk money to have them design me something too.
