will this amp be able to power my 2 fi bl. also if i wire it down to a series parallel setup i will be able to give it the 2 ohms of resistance the amp needs but will i get 1500wrms to each sub?

Crescendos have the ugliest heat sink period.. Audiopipes are a joke. i think its funny so many people recommend them on here... they are a joke

subsonic is for ported boxes, the freq you dont want your sub to go below

so just to be sure here, if i connect onesub into the terminals circled in red it will give me about the rated 1650 at 2 ohm just from those two terminals?

no this amp runs at .5 oh, you have dual 2 subs correct run one sub parallel to one side and the other parallel to the other
