Well my bad...

The Stroker 15 only did 129.0 dB (not 130 dB). So the MASS proto 12 was as loud (actually .1 dB louder) vs. the Stroker 15 ported. But that is old news, but a matter of record, non the less.

The new EVO-R 2315 recently smashed tehe record of the loudest sub ever tested by CSR/M-E, so it would not be accurate that we 'can't run with whatever.' So Audiomobile is still the loudest sub ever tested by Mobile Ent., and it did it at under 20 Hz. (unlike the majority of "SPL" subs).

As far as a review by members, we are certainly not concerned about how the driver would test out, as we already have a rave review on the EVO-R 2312 under our belt by Eric Holdaway (of Speakerworks in CA) for Car Audio and Electronics (and he is a super-critical ear). But all we would need would be for someone to contact our office or send us an e-mail so we can evaluate the criteria etc of the system.

And last time I checked, no production driver on the market has a DUMAX verified Xmax of over 27.4 mm, or a Xmag of over 38 mm (EVO-R 2312).

And at $299 for the 12 and $349 for the 15, there are very few drivers that can even come close to that level of performance, and those that can, cost FAR more...

personally matt i think this would do your company some good... i mean if you are in good will about your product i dunno why you wouldnt be, this would allow people to clear the air of a few things, personally the net is the net and if you get in flame wars who cares thing is if you are worried about perception and you know you have a top 50% driver on the market (meaning most high end stuff tests good) you shouldnt worry i dont think these guys are looking to bash as much as they are curious

Missing factors that should have been included, especially from someone that likes to 'keep it real!'

1. Enclosure size

2. Power input

3. Vehicle

4. Frequency

5. Installation

Want to talk SPL? Nobody gives a rats arse about 34mm of xmag when your suspension is tight as a drum at 29... only thing that'll help me with is ripping your pretty spider right off the basket, or the former.

I'll buy a brand new stroker 15 and port that puppy if you send me the MASS proto 12 and the BEST spl box you can manage to squeeze out of your cranium (and/or rectum, given the source of the information). What do you think is going to happen?
