Audiomobile Customer Service

First post here. Up until a little while ago, I thought Audiomobile was a good company with a good product. Without going into too much detail unless you all want to know, I will say htis. I ordered a mass 10 AWHILE ago. I was charged for it and now I am seeking a refund since I have not gotten it. The company has been nonresponsive and I am asking around to see if they are going under or what is happening. I am still being diplomatic with them but I am preparing for legal means of getting my money back. I am also preparing to let the online community know my story. Not with the intent of vendor bashing, because that is not cool, but as an awareness matter. I see they have a rep here that I was not aware of. I would like to help others if it comes to that. Thank you all.

I was reading that thread...I was like, "who the hell are all of these people?" didn't recognize a few of them...and some of them had a good amount of posts and sounded like they knew what they were talking about...we need one of those "where are they now" threads lol.

I gathered from reading the first 3 or so pages of the giant thread that the owner is not a great guy, but what I was asking I guess is if anyone more into the car audio realm than myself has heard is the company is belly up or anything like that. Thanks for your insights so far.
