audiobahn uh oh

i have heard many diverse opinions on the audiobahn a8000t, but i would like to hear some more before i buy another one. what are some pros and cons on this amp? i have one hooked up to my 12" L7 and shit pounds and looking to get another one. let me hear your opions. i really bought it because it put out the watts that i needed(so it says and also i believe it now that i heard it) and its cheap not because its semi old. help me out

i had 2 bahn amps b4 and never had any issues with em.....i'm still usin one for my highs, although i'm bout to rplace it soon......but its been runnin strong for almost 2 yrs now........theyre subs are shit but ive not had any problems with the amps

I hear those Audiobahn amps can be run at negative ohms. They defy the laws of physics as we know it!

i had an 8000t running 3 12 jlw1's. i had it running 1.3 ohms for almost 2 years daily then sold it to my buddy and he is running 3 12's also at 1.3 ohms. no problems at all. i like the amp. most people say the're crap, but i never had any issues.

I have a friend that has a Audiobahn A1500HCT, its not a bad amps. the only thing i dont like about that amps is that its soooooooo big.

Well I don't know about you guys above but I had a friend who ran an Audiobahn amp and it got so hot that it burned right through his trunk, sheet metal and all. It was red hot and turned to ashes after it burned through his trunk. Luckily his gas tank is located in the middle of his car or he would have got a big suprise.
