Audiobahn question

I want to get 2 of these and i wanted to know if 2 audiobahn a1500hct's would work specs on them below oh yeah and this will be my first system going into my first car a 400hp turbo 91 integra 4dr would this setup work i really want the 2000 watts going to each sub but i dont know if it would work

I guess you bought the turbo so it can handle the extra weight of the box and sub? Anyways, look else where for audio equipment. Jl, RE or even Soundstream to name a few.

i had this amp pushing 2 audiobahn flame Q 15's in my 98 grand am. i hit 141.9db. then when i got my new car an 04 tiburon i had it on 2 flame Q 12's and i hit 140.2db. it is a very good amp. i am about to put 2 orion 10's in my tiburon and it will run those as well. it is a great amp i love it.

i think that i may get this amp anyway this is a review for the amp and these speakers are like 1/2 the power of mine

What size W3s, what kind of box, and how much power is ur friend got going to them?

And I recomend that you stay away from Audiobahn. There is definately better things out there for the money.

why does everyone hate audiobahn... i'm not trying to start a fight but i want some reasons.. All i ever see is a simple "stay away from Audiobahn" comment but nothing to back that up... Is it just the trend people are following today? I'd be more up to listening if someone would give reasons

I've used all Audiobahn components with great sound quality and no problems... oh wait.. my Audiobahn Dvd headunit wont show the clock if it's on 'mute'... lol

I think its mostly because you pay for the bling bling instead of sound quaility. Its not that they completly **** balls . But for the price you can get a lot better sounding/louder equipment. They just wont have the cool chrome flames and stuff.

ok I will agree with that.. they do have major bling factor which is OK i guess for some people but thats not why I buy them.

seriously. there's a TON better for the money and almost any other brand (besides sony, pyle, pyramid, etc) will smash the bahns in sq if not spl as well.

RE audio is good but their too pricey now that they don't do direct buying anymore.

jl audio is one of the best out there but you're paying for the name and quality..IF you have the money.

http://www.Incriminatoraudio.com has some nice cheap 187's i think and those are pretty good

http://www.ascendentaudio.com had some cheap subs a few weeks ago and get great reviews

http://www.elevationaudio.com is a new and upcoming company but get good reviews as well

http://www.mpyreaudio.com is a side company of adire audio. some good stuff there.

si mags and image dynamics woofers are at the top as well but pricey.

i kno i'm forgetting alot of others, but there's a start for ya.

i have owned muntiple auddiobahn products and run several currently, including a 15" audiobahn high excursion sub and an A800T? mono sub amp to run it. I dont compete but i enjoy the hole instalation process and the box building too. I had an audiobahn dual 12" bandpass metered last summer and hit 139.3 dbs, i have replaced the 2 12" with the sub mentioned above and it is much louder, deeper, and hit much harder. anyway, i think the guys in many of the chat room just develope favorites and often just follow the crowd, If you like it, go with it!

actually i said there's better for the money if not cheaper. i heard a 12" kompression sub off my kx1200. 1 amp and the sq was OK but it was NOT that loud. i was hardly impressed. my 1 of my 12" L7's was louder off the same amp and sounded better.

there's a reason why we throw out SUGGESTIONS on other brands because they are well known and proven to sound hella good and some get extremely loud while maintaining that sq edge.

hell i have another suggestion as well. alpine type ARRRRRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. hahahha. seriously tho, pick one up online for cheap and they are PROVEN to be HELLA loud and have some sq as well. there was a boner for them back in the day (still is). //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
