Heh, the other day I had a Audiobahn 12" A1251T sub laying in the garage..decided, hey...what the hell, why not...

Wired the sub to 2 ohm, being it WAS a D4, lol..//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif and ran 1 amp to it for about 30 minutes for 1600 watts going to a 400 watt RMS speaker. Took it just fine, sounded decent...

Decided to strap the 2nd amp to it...where each amp would see 1 ohm and burp some 47Hz test tones...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif:laugh: I played 47-52Hz and finally at 52Hz...after 8 seconds of the tone...it blew...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

It played Jeezy at 1600 watts for 30 minutes, no problem...

Yea...I played 7 or 8 Jeezy and Gucci Mane songs through it with gain 1/2 and it sounded decent....in a 38Hz box...

Dude, it surprised the piss out of me...I figured after 1 or two songs...it'd blow...but it played 7 or 8 songs no problem...got hot but didn't stink...

No, offense but I've always found audiobahns products to be mediocre at best. Never heard anything that to impressive from them. But to each one his own I guess.

well just the fact that they can handle a ton of power means they are under-rated for power which is a + in EVERYONE's book because that means its durable...which usually means it can take a beatin..which usually means it can get decently loud... not necessarily sound great

ill put MA audio in the same category.. at least their H.C's
