this might be true for other comp sets but i just found my tweeter housing eaten almost all of the way through

no i mean what is it, and does it come with the speakers, or is this something thats added for dampening, I just have no clue what it is or what it's bearing is to car audio and was hoping someone would elaborate...

its from a company called "Sculpey".. its the kind i found in Michaels

i just cleaned em off and used caulk instead
