he (as well as i) reside in Edmonton...

the shops here ****, lol.

My fave so far is probably FX Audio, or Mega Watt (i think thats the name, they ahve a guy there who knows a fair bit,) and they do some pretty slick fibreglassing... they carry the eclipse stuff...

Yeah. FX Audio is good for SPL, Megawatt/Audio Source has a fairly knowledgable IASCA judge that works there.

I've only been to the Visions in Red Deer, with their blue SPL van run with some nice Sony Mobile ES amplifiers. The people there don't know a whole lot, unfortunately. At least, the ones I talked to.

tell me about it, i went in there today and talked to this one total tool, he wouldnt even walk over to the amp i wanted (kenwood 450.1 for 250$), so i was like ****it and went across the street to futurshop and found an open box kenwood 600.2 that was even better and i got it for 150 bucks, and i got full 4 year warranty also, i love it
