My IP is still blocked from this forum at my home location from like 4 months ago when I told you like 4-5 times to look into it.

Please look into it. No I am not banned, so that is not the problem, but somehow this site is blocking my IP.

Everything said in this post is true for me as well. (with the exception of my block starting on the 7th, when the site initially went down)

Please acknowledge and repair the problem so that we may stop our complaining and post from home.

IIRC, your ban was deliberate, while these guys are talking about an accidental (presumably) ban.
