I just got this over a reported avatar that was a keyboard mouse that looked like a woman fingering her puss...I removed it, gave him a warning, replied as to why and he requested getting banned.

how can you take my avatar when it is ****** etc. ? Did you look at the picture very close? It is a computer mouse in case you couldn't figure it out.

I saw what it was and I saw what on first, second, and third glance it looked like. I chose to remove. I strongly suggest you do not put it back in there.

Reason.

In order to truly tell who was banned and why there are two places to go.

The backroom for the recently banned, or warnings

The Mod CP for the actual ban time, date, and reason

Seeing a banned user title makes it more time consuming to go and see reasonings on why. Seeing banned in user title of a person who is not banned wastes time and also confuses the masses into thinking someone actually is banned.

But is it necessary to check? I mean is this one of the mod duties or something? I am not arguing because I don't really care. I don't see the thrill of putting it as a title, but I also don't see why it causes you extra work either.

I guess if they said something that could be worthy of a banning, and you wanted to ban them for such a transgression, I guess you would need to check if they were already banned before you tried to ban them.
