I wouldn't say racist to be honest, but all people do hold stereotypes in their mind. It's just the natural process of how our mind categorizes information and it's something that can't be avoided. Now whether or not these thoughts are acted upon or actually based on something valid and within some sort of reason is what determines whether or not this person is racist.

Plus, all people tend to naturally segregate themselves in order to find a group where they "truly belong." This isn't just in terms of race though, it includes everything. Rich people hang out with rich people. Poor people hang out with poor people. People who are extremely involved in car audio hang out with other people extremely involved in car audio.
