You think of the human race as one race...however, is everyone treated as one race? No. When candidates compete for jobs, schools, etc. There is still racism abound. Where we ourselves may not be racist, we must also remember that others are and do what we can to assist our brethern. They did not choose to be black. We must , as responsible white people, bring them up....We do this for the handicapped, why not the blacks.
