**** they don't even have a AC unit and you have those heated bars for heaters? (Assuming that's what I seee in the living room?) That's mad old school no lie.. Looks nice for a place being that old.

there isnt an A/C unit provided in the rental bedroom. The actual apartment has a large window A/C in the dining area .

Those are radiators and yeah the place was built in the 1920s its a top notch old place and there is no gas bill for heating, it's included

I can't even find a decent place for less than $2,000 a month here

for a pretty nice apartment around here its about 6-800/month

I'll ask around. I go to GA State. I actually just signed for an apartment on Briarcliff and Clairmont, so I'm out of the runnings. Nice lookin' place, and a great price!
